Vel Phillips to receive EDWBA Lifetime Achievement Award

The Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association will present Vel Phillips with the Judge Myron L. Gordon Lifetime Achievement Award during its annual meeting on May 20, 2015 in Milwaukee.
